You live in a modern and comfortable 61 sqm non-smoker holiday fewo (smoking on the balcony possible) suitable for 2 - 4 adults and possibly 1 child. In the light-flooded living room with a living wall, flat screen television, radio,  CD player and video recorder, is despite the large living landscape sufficient place for a
 Sleeping area.

The romantic bedroom with a double bed of 1.90 m x 2.00 m, wardrobe and a children's sofa that can be used as a child's bed. In the large living and sleeping area there is a double sofa bed for a 3rd and 4th person.

The kitchen with its white furniture looks bright and friendly. It is equipped with a 4-plate electric cooker, enough dishes, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, egg cooker, dishtowels, washing-up liquid, refrigerator with freezer compartment, etc. The kitchen is equipped with a sofa bed with white furniture.

NEW: If you like, you can use the Tchibo Cafissimo coffee capsule machine,

different coffee capsules are available from Tchibo.

The cosy dining area, with a round table and 4 chairs, is opposite the kitchen.

The spacious bathroom, white tiled, with two windows, mirror cabinet, bathtub and shower. The WC is located separately next to the bathroom.

Beautiful location, balcony with fantastic view to the saline promenade, balcony furniture and deckchair available.

To the city centre, shopping in approx. 10 min with a wonderful walk through the saline promenade.
